Nekrataal isn't coming out, since humans are a thing in junk colors. Desecration Demon is an awesome subgame in itself, I like that card. I guess if something has to come out it'll have to be him. When I or my players get bored of the demon I'll know what to reach for ;)

I hate the 3 toughness, but other than that the card is awesome. I already run Nekrataal, Braids and Desecration Demon though, and I have only so many spots. If I were to increase my cube size this card is definitely on the short list.

How so? Obviously both effects are a known quantity, and others have thought of spellfetches, but I haven't seen this combination before. It looks pretty innocuous, because tutoring, while powerful, at the cost of a land seems a real cost and you don't actually get the spell effect you want...

I would OCD over bad fakes to no end. If I had high quality proxies at my disposal I would consider adding them for sure. If money wasn't a constraint I would have added Abu duals and fetches right away after all.
