In aggro, going down to 1 card is nothing. In a grindy sacrifice deck, it seems a bit tougher, but still realistic in mid to late game.

I really like the idea of raising the number of cool black cards with life payment and combining them with white life vain. Kinda intrigued to try something like this now. There are just too many cool archetypes for one cube.

If braids and smokestack are fine power level wise, you should not worry about call being too strong and unfun :P

How likely is a deck with no non-zombie creatures in your meta? I think a lock with Reassembling Skeleton or Tenacious Dead is much more likely in my cube, even though I run a decent number of Zombies.

I considered adding this card a few times, never actually tried it. I like this card, because it works with Zombies or just with any sacrifice strategy. It is exactly the kind of tribal effects I enjoy in cube - not too linear and playable or even desireable potentially for decks with zero...

On a side note: What are the best payoff cards for lifegain I only run this one, which is good in Tokens/Aggro because it enables itself: Path of Bravery I also used to run this guy: Divinity of Pride Was pretty strong, actually even too much in terms of stats while having super narrow...

I vote for lone rider because signal cards for WB lifegain are sparce

@Onderzebots deck post: Well, I believe you it worked, but it looks to me like it shouldn't somehow. I bet it got some wins by casting Raptor or getting a Vinelasher big enough or even casting the non-aggro bomb PrimeTime before the wildfire? In a regular aggo deck, you're pretty likely...

Okay, next question: What does an Wildfire aggro deck look like? To me these two sound pretty far from each other, so I'm curious.

Isn't aggro super good in your meta now? You have a stronger aggro suite than me I'd say and I run a few green 1-mana accelarators and 2-mana mana rocks including als sihgnets, also some wrath's that can be cast for 4, and aggro is still winning a lot of matches

Let's try to get this thread ontopic again :D What kind of keyword do you expect for the Rakdos? I liked the handsize matters thing with hellbent, but the mechanic wasn't popular. They brought "almost-hellbent" back for Shadows and Amonkhet, so maybe they would come up with something in this...

Yeah seems to be actually more plausible, because that way you would kill with mill before damage. I would still prefer an ability, that works without attacking. In Ravnica 1 Dimir often won games with stalling and using cards like Vedalken Entrancer. I wanna be mean and do this again.
