I have run it, and it basically just kills people. It's a LOT of damage out of nowhere, and there's not many cards that deal with it well (Eg: Volcanic Fallout, Cryptic Command)

I think it makes a nice .5 of an effect. Like I wouldn't run 2 control magic @360, but control magic + ray of command I feel fine with
