Card/Deck Bounce

Snap strikes me as kind of an all in card like all of the generic unsummons, giving up a card early to hopefully close the game out before tempo evens out. In my cube I imagine Snap is pretty amazing, considering it can "destroy" auras for free.

Do we not have a bounce spell thread?

Soon I'm going to go up to three of these guys:

I'm making an effort to make UR spells-tempo good. The theory is, play one of these, back him up with cheap bounce, play Young Pyromancer and Spellheart Chimera and Guttersnipe, cast stuff, win. So I'd like get some good, efficient bounce spells in here. Definitely looking to run one or more of this one:

Someone on here pointed out that the more ETB effects you have on your creatures, the worse bounce is. This is a great point! That's gunna need some thinking about too. Can you guys think of other good tempo plays that'll get the nobles through? Maybe Feeling of Dread? Seems weak.

I hardly know 'er snag.

I'll stop.

Does no one run Seal of Removal anymore (leave it to me to bring up the old school variant)?

It has less synergy with young p and guttersnipe, but being able to play it early and having it sit there threatening often has more impact on the board than a ninja unsummon out of nowhere.

I've been wanting to push this deck as well, but I'm unsure which flavor one mana option I should toss in.

Silent Departure - suffers from not being instant (how much though?). But later in the game you can reuse it and your opponent always forgets it's in your graveyard. Expensive second use though.

Vapor Snag - dings them for one and is an instant. Seems more narrow though since no other deck really wants this I don't think.

Seal of Removal - feels the most versatile. It works really well in slower decks since you set it and forget it and then your opponent has to play around it all game or waste a removal spell on it. But this is basically a single use sorcery speed no life loss vapor snag in the aforementioned spells matters deck, and is that what I want to use a slot on in that deck? Does it do enough?

Venser and remand are among my favourite spells.
I tend to take riftwing cloudskate pretty high too.

I cut a rushing river from a noob cube deck for a plumeveil but that card is really freaking decent.

Waterfront Bouncer is really obnoxious, it's good but idk if you want to support that. Maybe so?

I've really liked Snap, it's obviously great in tempo decks and it's sick with prowess and Snapcaster Mage/Eternal Witness

snap + two bouncelands is a great feeling. You can also use it as a de facto counterspell on removal, while still keeping mana up for the turn.

Silent departure is one of my favorites. Mana sink and repeat bounce is such a beating.
