Does anyone know of a resource that has the history of restrictions/bans for Type 1/1.5? I found one list and it is very informative, but it unfortunately incomplete. I know it is incomplete because balance isn't on it. I'm trying to remember when balance was restricted and I think it must have been in 1995 because I'm 95% sure it wasn't in the same update that restricted black vice and I don't think it was in the May 1994 because when I started playing was after this and Wheel of Fortune was already restricted.
Also, an update must be missing, because it says in 1996 Sword of Ages is unrestricted, but it never lists when it was restricted.
