General Infinite Power Creep

We once had this "Weekly Fun Q": https://riptidelab.com/forum/threads/weekly-fun-q-creature-power-creep.3560/

And it was really fun. So wanted to establish it again, but without a time limit. Maybe we don't even have to absolutely limit it to creatures this time? The goal is simple: Just post the least powerful card that you can come up with, that directly owns the previous one in, if possible, every situation not involving other cards. That means that, if Keening Banshee was the last card postet, Cloud Elemental would be a perfect answer - Sky Spirit not so much, as it would only win if the Banshee was cast before it.

Either way,

Though this was meant to be cute on the pro red.

I know I said "creatures only" is a decent rule, but all permanents have decent responses. I feel like an instant/sorcery kills itself as it's used, so it doesn't make as much sense. "No duplicates" would be a good rule to try to follow, as well.

Somehow, ersatz gnomes is even worse than I remember it being.
