Maybe a stalemate? If Squidward attacks, Oyster doesn't block, and then nom nom time. Or you don't attack and they stare at each other for all eternity?
You might make my creature lose its landwalking abilities, but I will gain control of your stupid artifact!

Do I not understand the point of the thread? These all kind of bother the card ahead of them, but none of them "directly own the previous one in every situation."
