General Mana Sinks

Another allstar from my cube that hasn't been mentioned here is this one:



That thing is a walking pest problem. I like cards like that in green, because they get better the more mana you have, but you don't need to be the big mana deck to play them. When they also produce tokens, it is even better.

You're running a decently lower powered cube, how oppressive does it feel? I've been looking for another green 5 drop and that one looks really good.

I wouldn't call it oppressive actually. It is a green 5-drop, and I like green having the biggest creatures because the color lacks removal. Ant Queen is quite beefy and impacts the board strongly. If the game goes long enough without her dying, she will win it for you probably. But on the other hand she is nozhing but a 5/5 for 5 as long as you don't invest extra mana. Sometimes you have different things to do and she dies before you create an army, so it is not unbeatable value, just raw power without being super pushed.

I would say she hits the exact point where I want my green 5's to be, and I think she won't leave my cube within the next few years. And looking through your list, I think she would be a good fit for you too.
