Card/Deck Single Card Spotlight

I know there is Star Trek and a Magic set before this releases in like April, but I wanted to talk about the Vengeance mechanic. It's essentially adventures bit aftermath. And I am really intrigued by that. I dismissed Omens and prepare, reasoning that I don't want my drafters to mix them up with adventures, but this one is cooler. You cast them from the graveyard, that's like the best zone.

How bad do you think the mixup-potential is actually?

I’m exited for the design space and am hopeful it won’t be too confusing. I’m assuming they’re giving all of them the reminder text?

I’m also very curious to see how they handle this when going borderless, as I think it will actually make the delineation a little clearer.

On a regular frame I’m not noticing the lack of adventures ‘pages’ as much, so I’m hopeful on a borderless variant that the ‘tombstone’ border will stick out a bit more. Black is likely the worst color to show off the difference between mechanics either way.

I think the problem with Vengeance is that it's going to be on Marvel cards.

(Is this me being kinda salty that our revisit to both Powerstones and Arcane are on cards belonging to the only UB that I legitimately cannot stand? Yes.)
