The Biovisionary Cube

A cube where all* the creatures are Biovisionary.

Assuming this is to be grid drafted, what is the most interesting design set-up:

1) Biovisionaries in the Basic Land box (and no other creature cards in the cube)
2) Biovisionaries in the Basic Land box, plus rule: No other creature cards can be in your main deck. Then add cards like:



3) Biovisionaries (only) in the main cube and have to be drafted.
4) Biovisionaries and a peppering of other cards in the main cube

Lands:

If everyone is playing a bunch of 1UG creatures, that affects how we do our mana.

Removal

If every creature is a 2/3 multicolored wizard human, that opens up some specific options. The creatures often bounce off each other in combat, leaving 2 damage lingering. Pings become extra dangerous. Are these options desirable in this format?

I'm not sure if this format can handle Planeswalkers given how hard it will be to attack.
