Dang it, Onder, now we need to find a creature we can get into play without casting it or using an activated ability, that also deals with a 3/3 flyer. Hmm...

deals with Voidstone Gargoyle even if Voidstone Gargoyle names Akoum Firebird. Yeah, sure, they trade... but Akoum Firebird comes back, and the Gargoyle doesn't.
