Unable to Scream also has that going for it. Giving your opponent a toy ninja/dinosaur/whatever is fun too.

Interesting. It's not like I put a ton of thought into this, but my instinct was, that a straight up colorshifted Repulse in white would be better than the blue original. The main reason I am not cubing Repulse is that I view it more as a tempo card and not really as much as a control tool...

Mastery should be playable in all but the highest power level, but it would probably also never be much more than a C/C-. Strike is worse. Both get better in fast environments I would say.
