Yeah, those really are a question of support. In my cube you can easily draft decks with 18 artifacts. Academy would turn that deck into a real force.

I think both, Mom and Recurring Nightmare, would be crazy good and potentially GRBS in my cube.

That's interesting, most people here in germany seem to prefer english cards even. Some people at cube open went that far and printed the english version of the remaining german cards in their cubes to slip the paper english version into the sleeves for the tournament.
