If you're willing to run customs I've really been impressed with Nullstone Monolith. Pentad Prism is worse than the competition but still interesting, and I like the new SOI yard-check rock.

Please note that I just cut Caller for not performing enough, too. I'd easily cut Mayor, Wisps or Valorous Stance if I could get a Lotus Cobra in there.

I've 8-3'd with Paladin a couple times lately, once focusing on getting 2-drops and another time drafting two Consecrations and five(!) Keepers of Uldaman. I like the heartharena tier list for evaluating draft picks.

more graveyard value, less actual value than Electrolyze I think. The obvious advantage is it's a soft answer to counterspells once you've cast it. I'm still trying it out but I'm cautiously excited by the self-mill value too.

easy both imo VVV the good part of Wickerbough Elder is that it's cheap to hold up the ability and your opponent is actively punished for playing into it. swing for 3, oh uh actually no kill your factory, hit for 4, etc. my lowered power level is probably relevant.
