One of my holy grails is to figure out how to make an "organized" kitchen table format that's easy to get people into. I would love to play constructed in a way that doesn't encourage just buying the best cards. I guess maybe one of the other singleton formats that isn't EDH?
I understand why it's a popular format but I don't really like commander either, it's a very different game from regular magic, kind of how Defence of the Ancients and Warcraft 3 are very different games
Ok I feel pretty sold on it. Currently brewing a "mean cube" with cards like Upheaval and Armageddon so I don't mind high ceiling, and I'm trying to keep the power level of creatures somewhat tamed.

Can someone sell me on this card. What's the play pattern with it? Mill yourself a lot, try to do a one-turn-kill by emptying your hand and graveyard?
I think maybe it's just a little to finicky? It's a complete do-nothing card until you've either played a token or somehow both filled and then removed a card from your graveyard. Compare that with just playing rampant growth and other ramp into some big fatty like spiritmonger. Of course, it...
Fair enough! Probably better to just trade it with some EDH player. It did feel pretty gross when I played it, so good to get talked out of putting it in a cube

I got to play this in a double masters 2022 draft. It's obviously very good. At what power level is this fair in a cube? It's an iconic cars but I feel it can easily run away with games, but maybe that's ok for a 6 drop
This can act as a cute "kicker" to any kind of weenie-renimationer, where you first reanimate this guy and then use it's ability to reanimate something big.
Huhh... I really wonder how these will play? It seems really counterintuitive, if a player has 13 or less life surely we're in the mid- to late-game, and at that point it doesn't matter as much if a land enters untapped?
Maybe this has been discussed already, but I feel like the average creature size in bloomburrow is bigger than usual? Not sure I'm a fan, for limited, seems like it compresses the games to fewer rounds.
