True. One of my flaws as a designer is I tend to add cards in cycles. In my defense, I'm quick to cut the under-performing cards from the cycles leaving me me with partial cycles.

For my next expansion to my cube, I'm thinking about adding a cycle of 1 drop hybrids. The issue is the UB doesn't have any that are remotely playable. What are the power level thoughts of adjusting either scarscale ritual or inkfathom witch to cost just U/B? It is a powered cube.

My mana base (480, 10 drafters) is currently: Double Fetches, Duals, Shocks, Checklands (manlands once Oathwatch releases), a rotating cycle each month. In the ULD binder I let each drafter get 3 lands, 1 can be a color fixer of their choice from the Checklands, Temples, Storage land cycles...
