Bushwhack is a good card i do believe. i may make it grab Forests for my own basics-starved cube, but that’s just me being weird, not the card actually needing help

high power level is the sexiest power level obviously a more serious response regarding your question about middle of the road: there have been a fair number of really excellent Standard formats in recent years that have shown me you can aim for “X year standard format” power level (think...

i have actually kept a Keruga cube concept in my back pocket for a few years now… i’d rip a bunch of stuff off your 237 cube and have all kinds of cycling/evoke type stuff happening turns 1-2. and bouncelands ofc. but when the chips are down, cubing broken cards is just too sexy for me not to do it

dauthi voidwalker is indeed a 3/2 evasive creature for 2 with actual relevant upsides. i think it sees SOME constructed play? it’s on my cube banlist for hosing graveyard fun too hard

finally some stuff that doesn’t cost a billion mana! i’m wary of “creature cards in graveyard” since the massive flop that was Reclusive Taxidermist, but even getting it down to 1B is plenty good. Drafna seems really cool if you have the right kind of artifact deck

Skaab Ruinator is a member of that multitudinous choir of great designs that needs a little extra dev to hang with the King of Monkey Pirates… ofc when i think through giving it the extra dev, i end up with something that’s basically Murktide Regent…

vincent van gogh has several paintings that would look quite nice on a prismatic vista. you might look at some other classical masters so you can represent a wide variety of styles
