If bolt rager kills most creatures, its probably way too good. Id try 2 damage for 2 mana. And 2/2 haste for 2? 2s all around

I think you get first strike and last strike. Sweet, didn't think of that. I want surveil instead if scry also but assumed it would be too good. I'll probably just try that
