I think green specifically could use a 4 drop etb or similar creature for pod decks. Same thing for white 2 drops. Blue lacks etb critters overall. I limited etb stuff on purpose but I think I went a little too far

To be clear, its supposed to have to tap to exert, and make 1 mana more than normal. That's probably a good idea. Not suggesting the lands are a good idea, of course.:)
