Another vote here for the tri-lands and temples. The tri-lands are played for the reasons Alphez says but work better if your format speed is a little slower. Great with converge and sunburst effects too.

Swaps look good apart from the counters swaps. Both Elite Scaleguard and Cytoplast Root-kin are counters cards that encourage you to play other cards that have counters, counter-lords if you will. If you want pitches to force to be a thing in your cube I would try and find alternative cuts...

Anybody played Treasure Hunter? Family style drafting game by Garfield. Looks like it might be quite good fun.

The filterland idea opens up lots of design space that hasn't been explored before, which is very interesting. I would imagine they become an essential component in draft, though you could have some interesting support cards like say terrarion.
