Not sure I get what you mean CT. You talking about density of +1/+1 counter effects making it effectively an anthem? You're probably right about it just always ETBT-ing. The +1/+1 counter version is solid too though, maybe I'll run both just for the hell of it.

Why not just "if you do, proliferate"? Templating is much cleaner. Yes, it's more powerful that way, but probably not ridiculous. I think I'd run it in ULD written that way; I actually think this is pretty cool.
