Oketra the True Bontu the Glorified Kefnet the Mindful Liliana, Death's Majesty How have those cards been for you? The gods seem rewarding for certain types of deckbuilding which is something I absolutely love about them, but Kefnet for example seems to be quite narrow on the other end...

Which of these gods have performed well at your drafts? I still don't have any of them but I find all of them except for Hazoret to look quite useful when being added to my list. Rhonas might end up being a bit too strong, though.

Baral's Expertise may be played in very different decks as it's such a strong card. I would cut that one for power level reasons. Evacuation is boring, but a classic, somehow. I still find it to be quite strong, if your opponent managed to build quite the army it's a pseudo mass removal on...

Tortured Existence vs. Phyrexian Reclamation I want to add one of them. TExistence is very strong in pauper, and I think it will be a very good card in Bx reanimator shells, maybe too good? If not, then I find it to be more interesting than Reclamation, which is a fine kind itself and I would...

I LOVE the concept of that card, but I have a lot of small blockers in my cube, so I thought this card would be crap in it.

I originally had the prowler in this list but cut it while writing down the advantages of the others, it's an aggressive flyer and a discard outlet, sure, but it also is an outlet for the opponent and dies to 1/1 flying tokens. I still don't know if I like the energy guy, it seems like a...

Didn't realize that Excavation exists until now. I'll definitely try it.

For me, one reason to double up is to not include cards that are worse than others most of the time. I obviously thought about the correlation of il-Kor and Jace in the same way you described, but I rarely see blue decks attacking generally, at least not so aggressively that they would pick...

The mentioned ONS cycle lands (those with coloured costs) already are in my ULD, and Think Twice and Deep Analysis both are in my cube list, but thanks. Jace, Vryn's Prodigy, Monastery Siege and Frantic Search are my only blue looters so far, and adding Looter il-Kor, Jeskai Elder or the likes...

I don't like Relentless Dead anymore as a black two-drop. What else could I play? My suggestions would be: Rotting Rats - discard outlet, zombie, unearth Skirsdag High Priest - rewarding the sac theme but is it reliable? sac'ing and tapping three seems like a big commitment Undertaker -...

Oona's Grace vs. Trade Routes I stumbled upon the Temur Value thread by sigh and want to add one of those to be able to draw cards from my lands. Personally, I tend to Grace as you use it from the grave and it doesn't need to be recovered somehow if it gets countered/destroyed (as in the case...

    Card/Deck Single Card Spotlight

You need to look carefully at every single enchantment in cube as they cannot be removed by repeatedly attacking like planeswalkers, so it really could be that scales is too strong if you have a +1/+1 counters theme viable. Personally, I find Rishkar to be GRBS, a t3 3/3 mana elf that pumps...

    Hearthstone

Far Sight was a card back when Malygos Shaman was a deck, you used it to reduce the cost of cards you wanted to play in a combo that kills the opponent in one turn. Now you have better cards, it's the most aggressive class right now with a plethora of strong choices, Far Sight could never make...

[360] Halt das Mondschwein fest und spür' die Kraft!

Big update, the cube is at 384 right now. Would one of this site's moderation team please change the title?

The thing is that I want my individual choices to be balanced and I don't see cards like the Thriving-cycle being picked over other cards in their respective colours and mana slots ever. For me personally, Longtusk Cub falls into the category of being just boring, the same goes for Rampager...

Thanks, didn't even think to mouse over that one lol I find Dynavolt Tower to be a tad too slow, you need to play 2,5 spells per activation (1,5 for the first). But maybe this is the missing piece for energy to be consistent enough in cube, dunno.

did you guys already play with the energy cards? I'm very unsure about them as I obv do not want to include some poisonous cards, but the only cards I could see being played without any other energy support are the following: Lathnu Hellion,Aether Theorist,Shielded Aether Thief Those are...

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

That is exactly the blue cantrip-suite of my cube: 2x Opt, 2x Serum Visions, 1x Impulse. Along comes a single Mystic Speculation. I do not want my blue cantrips to be the strictly better choice all the time. I doubled up on Magmatic Insight and Oath of Nissa so blue ain't the only colour...

Renegade, you have to do a lot of work for the dryad while the renegade could be properly supported in a cube where sac effects and gy themes already exist. I really like them both, though.
