    I would play Carrier Thrall. It has a relevant body up front, it makes a token for no extra cost, and it can situationally ramp you if necessary. I think that makes it perfectly good filler in any deck.

    It's basically scry 2 at the cost of maybe having the land produce colorless for a turn or two (assuming it was supposed to shuffle your library after searching it). That's so much better than the Temples it's silly.

    It's true that it's really hard to gauge power level on conspiracies. I could be off on any of those (except Atarka's). Another neat mechanic for them might be "Turn ~ face down: ...". That creates a single one-shot effect that you have control over.

    I think Nahiri's problem is that the ultimate doesn't necessarily do very much in RW. If the ultimate was near game-ending, then the opponent would have to attack her and she would do a good Gideon Jura impression. Instead, ticking Nahiri up isn't much of a threat.
