Oh, I really like this design! This seems like a great dual-purpose removal spell/anthem. I wasn't very high on any cases (outside of maybe the skeleton one), but I might give this one a whirl.

Honestly, I'm less worried about the fact that it "doesn't feel like Ravnica" (it feels like Ravnica with some noir wallpaper over it for whatever reason) and more about the fact that most of the cards are pretty mediocre.

Not really. The term "morph" implies that the creature would be changing from one thing into another. On both Dominaria and Tarkir, the "morph" creatures have really just been in a disguise, with Tarkir having the glowy magic bubble and Dominaria having those weird crab things that they crack...
