I actually really like this card - even in paper, just reveal your hand and flip crap off the top until you hit whatever you're supposed to seek and call it good - as a higher-power Divination that is, you know, still a Divination so it's only for lower power levels.
Although, I must admit, one of these is an actual card:
Not sure if it's an actual good card, it's a weird combo of high and low power level, but I do like it.
Came back to quote myself and laugh at the thought that any of these die-roll cards could ever be good anywhere.
Seriously, you're going to have to bust out the entire Crown Royal dice bag, they've got cards asking for a d4, a d8, a d10, a d12, as well as the d20.
(that one stag looks okay...
Ebondeath, Ranger Class, and the creature-lands. Maybe also Dancing Sword and/or Loyal Warhound, I haven't decided.
(also this thread should have waited two days, we're getting the Commander spoilers tomorrow and the day after, and we did get Laelia last set in the Commander decks...)
I might actually be a fan of this one. It's not a flicker effect but it does save your team from a Wrath, and then it can just be a flash idiot other times.
That only counts tournament-legal reprints, right? Because 02/04 were old enough they still had World Championship decks, and Collector's Edition is also clearly not present at the start...
Ragavan
Damn
Subtlety
Ignoble Hierarch
and finally in foil for the first time Titania, Protector of Argoth (been too long, seriously)
also might maybe find room for Tourach someday, but 1BBB is a steep ask
as a fan of monored, and with a cube of a high power level, I'm very much here for a 2/1 for 1 that is also, somehow, a mana dork, and also a thief of sanity
Ragavan has a million words and doesn't even legend rule himself
I would be at least a little interested in this if it didn't have the hexproof. I don't like hexproof from attribute for the same reason I am not running any Swords. Admittedly, it's on a 3/1 for 3, so at least combat is an easy way to get rid of it...
Is Klothys that good? I've never even considered giving it a shot in cube. Whenever it got played against me in Standard I just kinda shrugged and kept on keeping on.
