It's the same we have on pre-8th-magic cards, I've just used it here for the type line as well. Caspar David Friedrich is among my favorite artists of history. I'd recommend checking him out if you're into arts at all, even though he hasn't dropped much in the last 200 years.

Yeah, but Mimic Vat would be really broken in my cube, like the ultimate first pick. I want the Angel to support Wx control decks but I fear it will lead to a little too much of a comeback regularly, like killing 4 creatures on etb when you were about to lose next turn, and now you're straight...

Sunblast Angel I like cards, that can swing around a game, but maybe this is too much? If you're getting beaten down, casting a one-sided wrath with a 4/5 flier attached seems pretty nuts. Does it ever really play like that?

Well, it's a sweet combo but the individual card's power level is far apart, like really. Be aware.

Do you mean Bloodthristy Aerialist? I don't, but it still seems super slow. You're 5 mana in for your first 3 life gained. I wanted artifacts and lifegain to matter and have an environment with more food prodution for this card to be fine, even in retail power level.

My cube is pretty slow. And I like cool versions of reanimator. And it's got sweet art. I'll try it, thanks guys!

Was it only good in reanimator or did you have other experiences than blacksmithy here?

Blood for Bones Is this card good? Is it worth the risk of getting 2-for-1'd? Is it a nice bridge between reanimator, blink and sacrifice?

People here prefered the extra testing thread for new sets, so someone has to do it. And since Trainmaster seems busy and I want to share what I'm eyeing (and thereby have a note for myself), I'll try my best to do his part. For my Casual Champions Cube, I like some of the elegant designs...

Oh yeah. I love adventures and I'll add three new with this set. But there are more sweet lower power designs, elegant ones even. Like that Piker that turns into Zombify, red treasure Tidings or the Dragon turtle that'll be a 7/7 ward 4 on turn 4 in the right decks.

I am eyeing 11 cards. And I'm ignoring everything with the words "iniative", "background", "goad" or "d20" on it. Guess I can't complain.

Now, that is some red card draw I can get behind! The treasures give it extra legs in artifact and wildfire decks, and enable splashs. Also, unlike Tidings, this allows you to play something in the same turn, preventing you from falling behind on board! Love it.

1) I want to stress the importance of glue cards or more general, cards that go into multiple decks (that's also Incinerate). As Nanonox said, you want to avoid drafting on rails. I have no data here but my gut feeling, and I'd say you want less than 5% of your cards only go into a single deck...

And all while I am looking for the ideal blue 6-drop for years at this point. Well, still a great card.

Nice, more adventures for my cube. I'll have to make some renders with the actually beautiful adventure frame from eldraine for these and Horn of Valhalla. Could imagine worse problems though.
