How much of a change would one have to make to their cube to be able to run a couple of sagas? It feels like the format needs to be slow enough where getting the value of the sagas is reasonable to expect?

This set looks great for cube, might actually go to the prerelease. Also I just realized this set celebrates 25 years of magic, and I turn 25 this year, and I've been a member on this board for four years. Time flies, man. Here's for 25 more years of good mtg sets and 4 more years of playing cube!

Those all sound like really good switches to me! Is this cube built and ready to be play tested by your play group?

I like this format in between a regular cube and a draft sim. Seems to capture the ratios of common uncommon and rares without having to seed packs every time you want to draft. Nice job! Makes me wanna build my own.

General Getting Started - The Core of A Cube

The word niche usually means that something is specialized in a very narrow field and only to interest of a few people. This forum is, in fact, dealing with a niche topic since not a lot of people play magic the gathering and even fewer play the cube-format (compare this to, say, a football...

The reason archetypes (and by that I mean a specific kind of deck like "really slow control deck that wins by decking he opponent" or "aggro deck that plays a bunch of combat tricks and double strikers") are usually tied to color pairs is because it's something that directly relates to the draft...

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

It's definitely been discussed as a potential such one before, and I think I've seen it ran in at least one of the cubes here. I would run it.

What would a cube Hypergenesis deck look like?

    MircoCube 2-3 Player (108)

The Garruk planeswalker looks like an incredibly strong card compared to a lot of the other ones! Have you considered any identities for the color pairs?

One Pack One Pick (p1p1 thread)

Hm I'd probably pick up cloud of fairieris because it cycles and leaves you pretty open for next pick. There are some cool cards but they all require some set up I feel.

It'd would be a fun house rule to include the original card frame in what counts as historic :p

Territorial Allosaurus 2GG Creature - Dinosaur Kicker 2G (You may pay an additional 2G as you cast this spell.) When Territorial Allosaurus enters the battlefield, if it was kicked, it fights another target creature. I'm found this card intriguing because I generally want to keep my cards...
