To be honest, this is the first time they've ever depicted Eldrazi as the actual cosmis horror / body horror they're supposed to be. Not just weird looking slivers, you know? Like this card looks actually unpleasant.

Honestly the ability to turn dead faties in your hand into gas looks INSANE to me. Only got 3 lands and a hand full of four and five drops? Not a problem! Army of horrors.

This might be a little on the nose (as tribal support) for some people, but it does tie blue into the zombie tribe in a nice way. Didn't you try getting that to work earlier, Jason? Also, Hellbent is back, on a madness card! Heir of falkenrath into this, and get some reach when the gas runs out?

I mean that's a pretty good card right? If you're running a prowess "spell velocity" deck then this should be really easy to get going, yeah?

Lone Rider seems like a card that in a really subtle way supports stuff like equipment and pump spells. Heroic card in disguise?

The story of a boy growing up to become a father :D Putting a token into play as additional value to spells (inst/sorc) + tribal support seems really sweet. This into snapcaster? Aw yeah!

I agree. It really has a huge tempo cost, so the tempo you gain from bolting a 3 drop should at best casr just even out, worse case its damage control in a losing race right?
