May I suggest adding Rebound and make it first do phasing and when cast from exile +1/+1? Then it will actually become a Stalk AND Hunt instead of Stalk OR Hunt. It will even do the abilities in the correct order :)

That would just make it trinket text like “This card can be your commander.”

It's pretty strong though. Immortal for 1 mana. There are also situations where you have nothing else (better) to do.
