Big no for Sheoldred, Whispering One. She ruins games if not immediately addressed. Rune-Scarred Demon is fine. Deathbringer Regent is nice as a board wipe on a stick for control decks. Same for Havoc Demon, but it has to die for it's wipe trigger. It also doesn't kill their big things...

Absolutely. Cube isn't really a raw-power format. Even though high-power cards are usually better than low power cards, a medium or low power dude that fills a spot in the curve or is synergistic with a certain type of deck is going to perform better than some random bomb.
