I'm trying to find playable reanimate spells at 3CC other than just Necromancy and Victimize. Do any others exist? I can't tell because every single one of these stupid cards is worded differently.

I think the removal spell is the main mode here- the creature is only first on the rules text because it doesn't double X. The creature might not be as good as Spark Elemental, but the overall card is way more flexible and probably much better.
