Likely depends on that cube. I'd be worried that a deck prepared to take advantage of it would get very far ahead very quickly. It's probably more universally useful, but less interesting, to run a double ramper at 3G.

Simic tends to be an issue, I think. Ramp Flash +1/+1 Edric I can give card examples, but didn't want to assume power levels. I also don't run Simic, so I could be way off here.

I'd expect it on the basics, but you're right about the expeditions being out of place unless you have a theme cube. The duals ideally won't have it.

I've always liked More or Less, but I've been unsure of its impact. Wish it maybe cost 2 and cantripped. A lot of the Very Cryptics are great. I'll be sure to work one into a Jumpstart, if I go through with that idea.

Maybe do 25 card lists designed to be cut? ;) I'd say to use the utility lands if it adds something significant, but definitely don't force anything. Even basics are pretty good.

Don't force yourself into double utility lands. Another colored source will often be better.

Spirits seems like it probably works. A lot of well-costed flyers in the deck. Cards that stand on their own without tribal payoff. I don't see why it couldn't work. Just be sure to avoid using the really narrow payoffs, or maybe allow only one. If you have a flyer's deck present, they'll mesh...
