Hypnotic Siren's bestow cost is just absurdly high. 7 mana for a control magic is just asking too much IMO. This thing needed a robe of mirrors effect and I would have probably run it. As is, this thing is just asking to be a massive tempo loss. Edit: I love the design though.

This really hits home with me. I know this is an idea thread for Jason, but rant incoming... When I first discovered this format, the "power max" "best cards of all time" idea was pretty much the only thing there was. And it was novel and it made sense at the time. Anyway, fast forward...

Another idea... how much consistency is too much consistency? In other words, how much do you want cube to play like constructed vs limited. Somewhat ties into how much you support and push specific decks versus just running a collection of good cards.

I'm thinking of tossing Pain Seer before I even test him and just throwing the rat in there instead.

Speaking of the gaping hole at the black 2 drop spot... what do you guys think of pack rat? Seems really annoying, but I like the discard outlet. I fully push graveyard synergy.

I'm really tempted to give Skeletal Vampire a shot. Batman is clearly on the weaker end of things at this point, but with blink and token abusers, he may still be good enough. Plus, he's pure nostalgia for me (sort of like Firemane Angel). So Massacre Wurm is coming out.

If Thunderblade Charge were an instant, I think I'd be on board. Re-usable burn is powerful even at 5 mana. But the sorcery speed on first use sort of blows for three mana and RR. I've considered this card before though. It's just we have SO MUCH burn to choose from. Anyone ever use this...
