At least if you’re including custom cards into an environment where those rules already apply to the rest of the cards :P

Nobody is going to discard a card if they can pay 2 life to avoid that unless they are at 2 life or has an absolutely useless card in hand (a 7-mana card against an aggro player etc) I think the choice will always be easy. I also think that’s why the Amonkhet ones said 3 life.

For my cube it would be too little of a change from the original Cut // Ribbons to warrent a custom card. But you do you. And you do your cube! <3 I think this is a nerfed version. Hurting the opponent for X without spending a card is super strong if X is number of mana you can add minus 2...

@Zoss and @blacksmithy The trick is to run two Legion Angel and make both of them double picks meaning a player picking one from a booster pack will get two. In this way it is fair if you get one because it can fetch another 4/3 flier from the sideboard. But if you get two, you burst out...

My thoughts exactly! Conjure could easily work on paper. On this page we’ve even had custom ‘Scrolls’ that were instant/sorcery tokens that could be in the hand zone and graveyard zone.

It’s also one card (draw) vs. two card (draws). Odds of drawing two cards together is a lot lower than odds of drawing one card together :P Same goes for odds of drafting them together.

Bug plus to Approach from me as well. I even run two now :P

Came here to comment but Zoss said it better. I voted Kiki Twin and Tendrils but not on Warp World because it is almost as impossible to pull off as Door to Nothingness being 8 mana and having to construct the entire deck around it.
