For my own cube, true, but my Commander doesn't really like proxies, except for testing out cards and as placeholders if you're running an expensive card you own in multiple decks.

I think they meant returning to hand, not blinking. The suggested theme for {u/b} was ninjutsu, so Order of Midnight has evasion and has added value when you return it to your hand because you can cast the adventure again :)
