That has probably something to do with the players’ mind set. On Arena people are not truly ‘there’ and are often not totally focused on the game. Maybe a TV show is running in the background etc.

I used to run Gifts Given but it was agony. Cutting that was one of the best one-card decisions of my cube’s career.

Ulvenwald Mysteries and Bestial Menace
Just remember to get actual Clue, Snake, Wolf and Elephant tokens. Otherwise such cards don’t feel the same to play with/against. You will need one of each creature but several clues.

I never alter cards into something people can’t recognize from anywhere.
I prefer alters that is MTG lore or something with a fantasy vibe that appeals to all. This is why Game of Thrones was a good choice if you ask me.
