I believe there is only one row. The row is ‘always’ six cards face up and whenever it is your turn to pick a card you can pick any of the six cards. Then the oldest card is burned/removed. Then two new cards are put face up on the table and the next person gets to pick a card -> repeat..

It is like comparing a tapped Basic land to a Filter land. Forest Fire-Lit Thicket Both can be useful and it really depends on the situation.. But most would prefer the untapped Filter. (Signet don’t tap for colorless so my analogy is not spot on. But I feel like it i close.)

I would cast it for 2 mana (As a 1/1) because it can grow every enemy EOT. In my cube list I have all X spells at the top of the curve if that is what you are asking.

Everything about the card feels red. Also it solves the ugly mana cost. Feels very Ixalan if you ask me.

Not saying this card fills exactly the same role but just wanted to mention it: Emergency Powers It can also cheat out a Bolas and it also affects each player equally.

Actually I find the card quite cool But That mana cost is ugly. I would much prefer XX or XXX. If XXX is chosen, it could also ETB life gain to mirror the damage.
