I think this is a fair assessment. I cut the Utility Land Draft, and added Treetop Village and Yavimaya Hollow to the main cube. I feel both of those offer a lot more than Arbor.

Solar Flare should not have the 3 turned into a mana symbol, see Unearth. It's supposed to have lots of targets. The same is true for Shrine Maiden, that should simply say "converted mana cost 1 or less". Those are templating errors. Shrine Maiden has two Path to Exiles and and Enlightened...

Loam is only good if you have a decent amount of fetches and cycle lands in your environment, but if you do (especially cyclers), it's awesome.

Darkblast, Shanmbling Shell and Life from the Loam have been successful in my cube as both sources of incremental value and ways to fill the yard for cards like Sidisi, Brood Tyrant, Worm Harvest, Centaur Vinecrasher, Necromancy, etc.
