Maybe 39 basics on 6 players is a bit much (considering no ULD), you could try cutting back a bit on nonbasics, especially those that fix more...

Damn close :) I actually thought of the draw 1 and lose 1 life, but I didn't think they would do that seeing that the blue Confluence also straight up draws a card. Anyway, this is a really, really excellent card!

Depending on what cards got shuffled in, red can be a really good secondary color. White weenies + burn works, but so does black aristocrats + red sac outlets/fodder, blue+red spells, and green + red beef and blaze. Maybe there was simply a lot of solid, splashable burn going around?

I think I have over 20 edh decks lying around, in various states of completion. My guess is that at least half of them are incomplete due to feeding my cube, but since the last time I played edh is over a year ago, that doesn't bother me too much.

You are not wrong. Which breaks my heart because I love Opposition :( I think Treachery also belongs on that list though. I wa doubtful myself, but it was the card my players most complained about. That untap effect is so strong in blue. You steal their bomb and get to protect it as well. Crushing.

OooooooooooooO! Edit: I love how the counters stay, so you can snowball card advantage when you reanimate this later. This is nifty as well, don't think it'll replace Overseer of the Damned though.
