Did you see the new burn spell? That thing looks sweeeet! Decent sorcery speed removal! 4 damage to target creature or player for {1}{R}{R}, uncounterable and unpreventable if you got two instants/sorceries in your gy.

How much would you be willing to pay for a sorcery with the exact same text? {2}{g} would surely be reasonable? So we're getting a vanilla 6/5 for {2}{g}. That's bonkers! So, simply looking at the stats and the ability, you are getting more then your mana's worth. Still, I don't really like that...

Also, an interesting green six-drop! Specially for you CML! ;) Don't know if its power level is high enough, but this is pretty cute I think!

I think this fear is unjustified. Any cube should run stuff that can break a stalemate, and the player with renown creatures is free to attack with his non-renown creatures anyway. I would be surprised if including a few renown creatures leads to significantly more stalemates than one's cube...

I quite like these! Renown is a pretty nifty ability. It obviously interacts positively with the +1/+1 counter theme many of us run, but it also makes combat tricks that grant trample better. It makes me want to run stuff like Predator's Strike which has always been a great limited trick...

It does something for the +1/+1 counter theme! I agree the faux Stoneforge Mystic is more interesting though. I forgot about that one. The vigilance dude will be a lot cheaper though :)

I have been looting Steam during the summer sale. Ori and the Blind Forest is a fantastic platformer! Story, atmosphere, graphics, gameplay, everything. It's also funny how the game has you backtrack through some "completed" areas, which really contrasts the challenging first time you play...

I don't know. Even with Urborg in your deck, Mutilate still demands a heavy black bias. It's really bad if you can't have it be more than an expensive Infest, and having to draw two specific cards to make a card playable is pretty suspect. I think Languish, for all its "boring" WYSIWYG-ness...
