Yeah, Metamorph is a colorless 3 drop for sure. It gets run by the first player who feels there's nothing better in the booster, regardless of what colors that player is in. I run Riddlesmith, which is fairly funny, but probably worse than Merfolk Looter. It can beat down though, so there's that.

Fair enough. I always regard it as a pseudo-fog + Rampant Growth. The funniest games are when my opponent decides not to attack, because I'll block anyway, but I don't need the four mana on turn three :)

I think Eidolon of the Great Revel is the best and funniest RR drop in my opinion. That damage adds up fast, and you're not the deck worried about damaging yourself. When I moved to my 3-color cube I cut all CC drops though, so no more Eidolon for me :( Edit: Actually, I have one CC drop left...

I got sixteen spots for Dimir cards though, and I want some amount of counterspells in my cube, not all of which should be monoblue, because that really cramps my blue section :)
