Ok, there must be more we can do with soulbond. I think that mechanic is super cool.
Blinking Familiar {3}{w}
Creature - Spirit
Flying, vigilance
Soulbond (You may pair this creature with another unpaired creature when either enters the battlefield. They remain paired for as long as you...
Oh for sure, Chameleon Colossus was really well positioned in standard at the time, precisely because it has pro-black. I don't mind the ability too much in constructed, but in limited it's even less interactive than storm (the mechanic).
Yeah, I like your reasoning here. Maybe I'm too cautious.
Virulent Familiar {1}{b}
Creature - Zombie Rat
Soulbond (You may pair this creature with another unpaired creature when either enters the battlefield. They remain paired for as long as you control both of them.)
As long as Virulent...
It tries to disrupt the game by dropping an early Blood Moon variant or Trinisphere/Chalice. If your opponents can't play a spell, you're going to win even with mediocre creatures. I love the Lord of Shatterskull Pass in that list :)

Holy cow. Hero played 2 copies of Rakdos Pit Dragon in april this year and won a Legacy daily with it to boot. Beyond that however, it's back 7 years within 10 spots...
Corpse dragon just seems really annoying to get rid of for a heavy hitter that's relatively cheap. It's like Firemane Angel on steroids. Not that Firemane Angel is all that hot nowadays, but still.
The design of Bone Dragon just doesn't gel with me, though I can't really figure out why not...
I don't care for most of those dragons (isn't Flameblast Dragon just straight up better than Blazing Dragon for example?), but Raiding Hellkite is awesome. I would cube that in a second.
The thing that bothers me the most after a few drafts on cubetutor is the mana symbol density of the black cards. There's multiple double and triple black cards, multiple cards that care about the number of swamps you control, and even Phyrexian Obliterator at an unplayable in anything but mono...
