Haha :) I was being honest though, I do love Tanglewire. It always gets undervalued by newer players too, which I find interesting in a card. And unlike infect it's not poisonous, which is a huge boon! I get that losing to it because you are just locked out of the game can feel lame however...

Oh sure, but the power level of my cube is not too high. Thrummingbird is repeatable as well. I've pulled of a pretty nasty lock once with Tanglewire into Thrummingbird into Phyrexian Metamorph (copying the Tanglewire of course). 1 at a time, 1 at a time :)

Goblin Test Pilot I admit my wording wasn't exactly right, but random targets are a thing. So, "X target creature cards chosen at random" would be the right wording. Edit: seems I only missed the word "chosen" :)

Ghastly Demise is a fairly powerful removal spell. Psychatog decks made great use of it.

Well, 4th edition, for all its flaws, had a few great improvements over 3.5, one of them being mostly equalizing attack bonuses. I've read up a tiny bit on 5th edition, and it seems like they now have toned down attack bonus progression, so that the +1 to attack I assume the fighter still gets...

Yeah, 4th edition is kinda broken. Games really start to unravel a bit once you hit paragon tier with a party of more than 4 players. One combat a day sessions are a lost cause because of daily powers, so you really have to chain your encounters. I wouldn't miss the myriad of statuses either...
