    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

Thanks both of you! I think I understate the power level in my cube sometimes. It's probably accurate to call it medium powered?

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

Courser of Kruphix I really wanna play Courser, but I feel like that giant 2/4 body and the life gain can be pretty oppresive against certain aggro decks. What are your experience with this card in a lower-medium power cube? Is it possible to provide enough playable enchantmental removal to...

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

Actually it combos with all the blood artist effects! I'm considering it quite seriously as a recurable creature for that style of deck :)

Really is one of those cards huh :(

Shadowstorm VIZIER Oooh. I wanna run a kind of draw-go control deck that mills it self with looters. How good is the vizier? I feel like you might actually be able to get some huge swings every now and then with this?

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

I really like it! I'm kind of tinkering with a sac-combo package right now with recurring creatures and blood artist effects and while expensive Gnawing Zombie combines both the pinger and the sacrifice outlet into a single card. I think it's worth a shot.

    General Fight Club

I haven't played the ravnica cards but their simplicity intrigues me! I'm also a fan of single coloured mana costs rather than double like for Liliana.

I already run that card and most all other play-from-the-graveyard removal but I also want some big honking stupid cards as well.

UB Looting / Discard sounds like a kind of fun way to play Laboratory Maniac

General Current opinion on duplicates and other Riptidian/Waddellisms?

I've also never had people get tripped up on my duplicates, but I think it depends on culturally whether or not you view cube as a strict singleton format. If you just think of it as a draft, I think people just go "oh, alright" when you tell them you have to champion of the parish or something...

Did you sharpie the actual cards? (Please say yes!)

This set has some really cool green aggro creatures. That elf looks like it fits well in an aggressive GB aristocrat style deck!

    General [GRN] Guilds of Ravnica

Honestly it isn't even that far fetched. Also I thought you targeted all your creatures, not just one! But it's pretty good regardless.

"Boltsplicer Mage" UR Creature - Vedalken Wizard Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery that targets only Boltsplicer Mage, if you control one or more other creatures that the spell could target, you may choose one of them. Copy the spell and it targets the chosen creature. 2/2 This is a...

Is Haazda Marshal that good? Attacking with battalion still takes some work, and you need to be in a position where you can just swing in with a 1/1.

    This card kicks fucking ass.

General A retail limited draft simulation cube, but Singleton?

One immediate thing that strikes me is that a singleton format could utilize cards outside it's set to help find functionally equivalent pieces, if the original card pool ends up stretched to thin. For build arounds, I think people have had success with them as singletons as long as there are...

That's actually why I made the connection for Cyclops! Honestly there might be room for both in a cube.
