The wording appears to have been phrased that way to prevent people from getting Lotus Blooms and Mox Tantalites for free in Modern. The complication is supposed to make it balanced.

I think Bring to Light is very underrated. While it was bad back in the days of sub-par fixing, it's a downright house in formats using contemporary high-fixing levels. More people should give it a try!

I'm testing this card at a relatively high power level. I have no data with this card yet. This Jace is more of a card that acts only as a card advantage engine and not anything oppressive, so I think this card is fine at several different power levels.

I do not have such a button on a desktop computer.
