You can actually bookmark your default Scryfall query and edit it to add in the extra search parameters. E.g. https://scryfall.com/search?q=legal%3Avintage+not%3Aub+not%3Adfc&unique=cards&as=grid&order=name Just make that your bookmark instead of https://scryfall.com/ and you’re good to go!

Inner sleeve markings do work well, just take into account color blindness and don’t use just color to convey the difference. Commons could get a black 4, uncommons a silver 2, rares a gold 1, and mythics a gold star/asterisk. Easy as pie and super clear (provided your handwriting is legible :p)!
