We usually draft with 4-5 people and have around 1 drafter per draft, who goes more heavily in the token archetype. But tokens appear to some degree in 80% of the decks I'd say.

I don't know what you mean, I'm super happy with Talrand. He sees play in Izzet, Dimir, Grixis and other heavy blue decks and usually makes 1-3 drakes before getting killed. I consider his fragile body a feature, making him far less frustrating to play against than that 1/5 dude.

Honestly, he didn't see much play so far. I think people are often scared by the drawback. I personally put him into every deck possible and only consider bording him out against red decks. Long story short, I think he's super cool but I can't tell you much now.

Very powerful, either 3 damage, not preventable witzout removal, every turn, which is great in aggro, OR a free bolt every turn, which is great in every deck. I don't run this card because it's powerlevel scares me a bit. It's not broken but just too universally strong imo.

You probably wouldn't even want to use it's ability quite often if it was in my cube, as the exile makes recursion impossible. As long as you have no problem Problem with giving black a 4 mana air elemental with upside (I'm not, but that's my design philosophy), I don't see him being too strong.
