That is true for sure, but in my environment a 4/4 flier that lets you recast a few strong spells is also a pretty decent way to close out the game. So maybe you won't need a horde of zombies?

I'd be curious to find out how it performs. Cumulative Upkeep can be hard to evaluate. Also, if you have a decent number of creature heavy decks, it might be designated to side boards. But I'm a sucker for old cards, so give it a try, I'd say!

You know what, I'll give the Chimera a try. It might not be as much raw power as The First Iroanian Games or Managorger Hydra, but it has the most synergistic potential and sometimes cards look bad, but can change your mind when you test them!
