    Card/Deck Token/Sacrifice themes in Red

Not to mention it can dome someone out pretty efficiently. Especially in concert with a Blood Artist! These synergy decks often just want to interact outside of the red zone, once that's no longer a profitable option. I think it's mostly that the optimal sac outlets do something right then and...

General How do YOU plan to use the various Conspiracy cards?

I'm optimistic for Aether Searcher, too. At the very least, I'm pretty sure it'll be miles better than Maelstrom Wanderer.

General How do YOU plan to use the various Conspiracy cards?

I'm gonna have to figure out some kind of sticky note tech to deal with all this. It does seem like a minor pain in the ass, in addition to bringing dice and tokens for my players.

    CML's Cube (405, polychromatic)

I find that Prison Term is good in aggro, because while you'd hate to waste a Journey to Nowhere on an Augur of Bolas, you can happily imprison him, keep attacking, and then move it to a bigger butt later on (for free!)

    Card/Deck Token/Sacrifice themes in Red

Yeah, independently of Jason and CML, I came to the conclusion that Greater Gargadon wasn't cutting it in my list, so with some reluctance I finally axed it a month ago. He wasn't pulling his weight here, compared to colourless sac outlets like Blasting Station, Mortarpod, and even Jinxed Idol...

    General Fight Club

Once I figured out Bonesplitter was just about the perfect power level and mana cost for my cube, I went and upped it to three copies. After fiddling for months with the likes of Adventuring Gear and other underwhelming equipment, but having them not pan out, I'm finally happy with where the...

General Decks that have 3-0'd your cube

That's some deck. I always try to build the WB Human Gravecrawler double-tribe deck, but it never comes together quite like this. How is Spiteful Returned?

General Absurd idea: Integrated 1v1 Drafting and Playing

Ascension and its style of deckbuilding came to mind for me, too. I think Onderzeeboot's idea of roughly six face-up cards would work well as a starting point.

    General BANG! Cube Injection

Yes, the Resistance and Avalon are better hidden roles / social games than Mafia and Werewolf. Those were good and possibly even revolutionary for their time, but I feel that, like Settlers of Catan, newer, better games have since surpassed them. The fact that you can play several full games of...

    General BANG! Cube Injection

The Bang! format isn't the same thing as Throne. It's a fair bit simpler, but still contains the well-loved hidden roles aspect of social / board games like Werewolf and Mafia. I've played Bang! Magic, and I both enjoyed and would recommend it. It works with six players, as well - one sheriff...

General RipLab Draft Sunday June 1st

It looks like midrange sans 5-drops removal.dec might be good in other cubes, but I assume it's not great here

    General Fight Club

The human tribal cards are all in Junk! This deck did well here a while ago. While it's perhaps not a prototypical Junk humans list because of all the other ramp stuff going on, the pilot, in one memorable sequence, played Xathrid Necromancer, then followed it up with Ranger of Eos fetching...

    CML's Cube (405, polychromatic)

Galepowder Mage was cute in here when we ran it, but was ultimately too slow. I feel like for blink shenanigans the following trifecta is usually enough Flickerwisp Restoration Angel Venser, the Sojourner Curse of Predation is underrated, and I'm not sure why. The card plainly reads well and...

    MCMcEmcee's Cube~ [450]

So I was scouring your list in-depth for ideas, and I had some questions to throw your way. Hope you'll indulge me! Double Merfolk Looter, if you include Thought Courier! This is interesting. Are these primarily used to power up a reanimator / graveyard archetype, or does control make use of...

    Article ChannelFireball: Utility Land Draft

Windbrisk takes enough finessing and setup that I don't think it's on par with most of the spells in your cube, so I'd leave it in the utility pile. Shelldock Isle is borderline - while it's insane in something like the MTGO cube or most large singleton cubes, with their slow-as-molasses...
