this doesn't really work. You need to branch depending on what other people are taking. What if you and someone else go for the same deck? You'll both get assigned really watered down pools without any way to change you strategy.

Yeah that's a really good point. Seems like Epic Confrontation is much more aggressive, while Tactics is awesome in midrange. So run what you want to support!

Can't speak from experience, but it looks like tactics has much more upside. Strive is huge, plus it's an instant. Blow them out.

Cruel Command Creature is an awesome idea, and needs to be UBR. I think you just need to make one of the options "target player loses five life, and you gain 5 life." Since the issue is life gain being not too black, go for life drain. I would try the other three modes as "draw three cards"...
