In the right deck, this is a 2/2 flyer for {U}. In general, this is going to be interesting in a spell-heavy blue deck, given how many decent blue utility creatures have power 1 or less.

I just love fiddling with games. I actually don't like playing Magic nearly as much as I do fiddling with decks and environments. EDIT: Hall Monitor (Lizard) I'm still sad that Murcielojos isn't going to be nearly as good of a pun in English.
